Contact requests
When you use the contact form, you send Still Meadow your name, email address, optional phone number, town or ZIP code, selected service, message, optional project photos, and permission to respond. The website delivers the request to Still Meadow’s designated inbox through Cloudflare Email Service. It does not keep a database of inquiries or provide a public message viewer.
Project photos
Photos are checked and resized in your browser, then checked and rebuilt as JPEG attachments on the server. Original filenames and embedded location metadata are not forwarded. The website does not publish the photos or keep an upload library. Visible details in a photo may still identify a person or place, so share only images you have permission to use and leave out private documents or sensitive information.
Spam prevention and technical records
Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated submissions. The server keeps short-lived rate-limit counters tied to a daily-changing cryptographic representation of the visitor’s IP address. These counters do not contain names, email addresses, messages, photos, or raw IP addresses. Cloudflare and the receiving email service may keep security, delivery, and access logs under their own policies.
New Offerings from Google Slides
The New Offerings page embeds a published Google Slides presentation. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which receives information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies under Google’s privacy policy. The presentation is public and can be copied. Editing remains limited to authorized owners in Google; website visitors cannot edit it.
No advertising trackers or public editing
This site does not add advertising pixels, individual visitor profiles, or public editing tools. Photos are served with the website rather than embedded from Facebook. Opening Facebook or driving directions takes you to an external service under that service’s privacy practices.
Control and security
Only authorized hosting and source-account users can change the website. Still Meadow protects those accounts and its email inbox separately. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur. Do not send payment details, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the form.
